Appleton closes several schools and special education services to open enrollment

APPLETON — Six Appleton elementary schools and almost all special education services will be closed to open enrollment for the 2013-14 school year. Berry, Ferber, Highlands, Houdini, Huntley and Johnston elementary schools will not accept open-enrolled students. Full Story: Post Crescent
