APPLETON — Police say a Kaukauna man used his computer to access sexually explicit photos and videos of children.
Robert A. Lamar, 43, was charged Friday in Outagamie County Court on 10 felony counts of posessing child pornography.
The investigation began at the federal level. Lamar’s name was among 5,000 who were suspected of subscribing to websites that provide illegal images.
