Neenah deals with dangerous dogs

NEENAH — Police have declared 10 dogs as dangerous animals in the six months since the city adopted an ordinance to tighten its control on pets. Five dogs were deemed dangerous after they attacked another dog, three after they bit a person and two after they attacked a police officer. Full Story: Post Crescent
