MANITOWOC — With a packed courtroom looking on, Manitowoc County Reserve Judge Fred Hazlewood on Thursday sentenced Becky Holly to six years in prison followed by 15 years of extended supervision in three felony counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle.
