Oshkosh fire victim identified

OSHKOSH — Authorities have identified the victim in a fatal fire at a duplex early Saturday morning as a 56-year-old Oshkosh woman. Preliminary autopsy results showed that Randi I. Shaw died of smoke inhalation, according to the Oshkosh Police Department and Winnebago County coroner’s office. Full Story: Post Crescent
