Winnebago County puts sale of arena on ice

TOWN OF MENASHA — The proposed sale of the Tri-County Ice Arena was sidelined Tuesday after it became clear that Fox Valley Youth Hockey Association’s offer to purchase the facility had expired. The County Board voted 24-9 to refer the sale of the arena back to the Facilities and Property Management Committee to answer questions about the value of the property and who’s interested in buying it.
