Telephone scam costs Neenah residents $6,100

An 87-year-old Neenah woman and her 59-year-old son were victims of a telephone scam that cost them more than $6,100 last week. Police said the woman received a call from a man identifying himself as her son, who lives in Atlanta. He claimed to have been in a car crash with people from Panama. Full Story: Post Crescent
