Sentencing delayed in Oshkosh drug case; investigator misconduct issues raised

The sentencing of a convicted Oshkosh drug dealer was delayed Tuesday to allow the defense attorney to file motions seeking either a new trial or a dismissal of charges due to misconduct by an investigator.
