Red Oak ravine bypass nears completion

TOWN OF MENASHA — Work that began in September is nearing completion on installation of a large storm sewer on Gardners Row to bypass heavy flows away from the Red Oak ravine. The 60-inch storm sewer is the first phase of a two-phase diversion-restoration project being done jointly by the town and the City of Appleton. Full Story: Post Crescent
