Police search ends for Little Chute man who prompted street closure, school lockdown

LITTLE CHUTE — A man who sparked a police search and school lockdown Thursday after making suicidal comments on a social media site has returned home, according to Fox Valley Metro police. Police initially believed the man was armed when they were called to his home on the 400 block of Wilson Street around 3:15 p.m. Thursday. A portion of the street was closed to traffic while police searched the residence, but the man was not inside. Nearby St. John Nepomucene School was put on lockdown. Full Story: Post Crescent
