Paper Valley sold for $17.8 million

APPLETON — The Radisson Paper Valley Hotel has been sold for $17.8 million to the lender that financed the downtown business. The hotel, most recently owned by Watermark Hotel Investors, went into a court-ordered receivership in June after defaulting on a $27 million balloon payment. Full Story: Post Crescent
