Neenah man arrested on charges including ninth-offense OWI

MENASHA — Police arrested a Neenah man early Tuesday on charges that include ninth-offense drunken driving. Police say the 42-year-old drove into a snow bank in the 300 block of Broad Street. He attempted to run when police approached about 3 a.m., though officers caught him after a short chase. Full Story: Post Crescent
