MANITOWOC — Following a seven-day jury trial, Dean J. Koenig of Valders was found guilty Wednesday of felony homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle in the death of Kiel bicyclist Wayne Scharenbroch on April 3, 2010.
Koenig’s bail was revoked and he was taken to jail. His sentencing is scheduled for 2 p.m. March 15 in Manitowoc County Circuit Court. Judge Gary Bendix ordered a presentencing investigation.
