Interchange fix faces funding delay

TOWN OF MENASHA — Federal funding cuts may temporarily push back some major Wisconsin highway projects, including a suggested two-year delay for the long-awaited U.S. 10-State 441 expansion and U.S. 41 interchange upgrade. Department of Transportation Secretary Mark Gottlieb detailed “difficult choices” in the budget request he submitted this month.
