Green Bay man found outside home died of hypothermia

Hypothermia killed a 38-year-old Green Bay man found dead Monday outside his home, authorities said today. Brian Hicks was found about 7:45 a.m. in the 1700 block of East Shore Circle on the city’s northeast side. Full Story: Post Crescent
