Driver identified in fatal downtown crash

APPLETON — Police say a 24-year-old man rolled his vehicle in a crash that took his life early Sunday in downtown Appleton. Ralph Bush of Appleton was taken by ambulance to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The crash happened about 1:30 a.m. in Houdini Plaza. Full Story: Post Crescent
