Driver cited after Oshkosh road rage incident

A 24-year-old Oshkosh man received two citations after a road rage incident Thursday morning. The man, who was traveling north on North Main Street, was stopped at a red light at Irving Avenue Thursday at 11:53 a.m. The man began yelling and swearing at the vehicle in front of him, said Joe Nichols, spokesman for the Oshkosh Police Department.
