Death and taxes: Neenah, Menasha operate municipal cemeteries

What municipal service does Neenah and Menasha offer that Appleton, Kaukauna, Kimberly, Little Chute and Combined Locks do not? They care for the dead at taxpayers’ expense. Neenah operates Oak Hill Cemetery, a 45-acre graveyard along the west side of U.S. 41, and Menasha operates an adjacent section of Oak Hill and nearby Resthaven Memorial Park.
