Crash shuts down Highway 45 near Dale

U.S. 45 northwest of Dale is shutdown as emergency crews respond to a crash near Shaky Lake Road. The crash involved a semi truck and a Jeep Cherokee, which ended up in the east side ditch. A ThedaStar helicopter was dispatched to the scene, according to the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Department. The State Patrol confirmed one person was transported to a hospital by air.
