City Notes: Riverfront development gets financing for $8 million phase

A second phase of riverfront development locked in a final piece of financing Wednesday to move ahead with an $8 million apartment complex. The RiverHeath project will break ground on a 36-unit building this spring, said Mark Geall, the developer with Tanesay Development. “We’ll start work as soon as the thaw allows and have it built in about a year,” Geall said.
