Call to stolen phone leads to arrest in burglary

APPLETON — A man was arrested Tuesday after an officer called a stolen cell phone and found it ringing in a nearby coat pocket. Horace J. Fields Jr., 41, is at the Outagamie County Jail on a probation violation and additional charges are forthcoming, according to the Appleton Police Department. Full Story: Post Crescent
