Appleton woman accused of fifth OWI after crash

KAUKAUNA — An Appleton woman was arrested Sunday on suspicion of a fifth drunken driving offense after a rollover crash at State 96 and County JJ. Angela E. Jimenez, 33, was jailed after the single-vehicle crash that happened just before 7 p.m. Full Story: Post Crescent
