Car-theft charge dismissed in arson case

A man convicted in federal court of torching Planned Parenthood in Grand Chute no longer has a related Outagamie County charge to worry about. Francis Grady, 50, faced a car-theft charge in Outagamie County Circuit Court, but the charge was dismissed this week on a prosecutor’s motion. Full Story: Post Crescent
