59 vehicles ticketed, 42 towed during Appleton snow emergency

APPLETON — The Appleton Police Department ticketed 59 vehicles and had 42 of those towed for parking in the wrong spot during the city’s Class III snow emergency declaration. The snow emergency, which took effect at 5 p.m. Wednesday, prohibited parking on all city streets until 9 a.m. today. Full Story: Post Crescent
